Overview
The purpose of this application is to find detailed information relating to any purchase order.
It allows for restricted viewing access which can be maintained using the Profile Maintenance application.
Cost split functionality can be activated. If an originator captures a requisition, he must indicate how costs will be split between different mines/entities. This cost split will be done as percentages and the total of the cost split must be 100%.
Function
When the application is opened, you will view the following:
The drilldown tree can be used to search for orders but has to be refreshed first using the button.
You will receive the following confirmation message:
The label above the drilldown tree will show when last the tree was refreshed:
When you tick the History tickbox the drilldown tree will refresh to include history data. You will receive the following confirmation message:
The tree will now be refreshed with history information included. When you expand the items in the drilldown tree, you can select orders as required:
Double click on the order in the drilldown tree to view.
Instead of using the drilldown tree, you can also search for orders. You have the following options:
After completing the selections, enter the value to meet the condition:
Click on the button. The Results tab will be opened with the relevant information.
The button will display the following information:

Expediting History tab:
Use the button to exit this screen.
The button gives you the following options:

The button will refresh the grid and the information displayed on the Results tab.
The button allows you to view any supporting documents attached to the order. Additional documents can also be uploaded.
The grid order can be personalised by dragging and dropping the column headings in the order you wish to view them. This personalised view will not be saved when you exit this tab.

When you double click anywhere on this grid, the details screen will be displayed. (same function as the button.)
The bottom grid displays information relating to the selected line. The following tabs are available:
Order Line Transactions, (Base 1 Currency):
Expediting:
Received + Invoiced:
Advance Payments:
Approval Information:
•WF approval history – Will show data as currently shown under the Approval information tab.
•PV approval history – Will show PV approval history for selected order line's GRVs, including all invoices pending PV approval by buyers.
The following right click options are available for both grids:
Customize
This option allows you to select which fields you wish to view in the grid and in which order.
Customizing the grid this way means it will be saved even when you close the application. To return to the original display, click on the button.
Easy View
This option displays the information in an easy to view format and can be printed as well using the button.
