Overview
This application generates a report on a detailed budget per cost center range selected by the user. Actuals and budgeted values are compared with each other.
Function
Generate the Report
Select the following criteria:
•Report By - Should reporting be done by Asset or Cost Centre.
•Budget Year selection - select the budget year and version, using the pickers.
•Actuals Year Selection - Select the year for which the actual figures should be used for comparison.
•Select a Cost Centre Range or leave blank for all.
•Select an Asset Range or leave blank for all.
•Select a Nature Range or leave blank for all.
•Labour - select whether to include or exclude this from the report.
•Assets- select whether to include the assets in the report or to exclude assets in the report.
•Report Type- select either a detail or a summary of the report.
•Format- select either a long format of the report or a short format of the report.
•Nature Level - Which level of nature do you wish to generate the report on.
•Group by- select whether to group the report by cost centre or by nature.
•There is an option to include all sub totals if necessary.
Select the 
button to generate the report results.
