Overview
Budget Drilldown allows the user to view a drill down of a selected budget type. All the budgeted costs can be viewed for each level as well as a comparison of actual against budgeted values.
Function
Generate a Drill Down
Select the following criteria:
•Budget Year - select the year of the budget to view using the drop down arrow.
•Type - select the type, Budget\forecast using the drop down arrow.
•Version - select the version of the type selected using the drop down arrow.
•Cost Centre\Nature - select the option to load either Cost Centre or Nature.
Select the 
button to generate the results.
The data will appear in the display grid below.

Unit Costs - comparison between actual and forecasted costs per unit:
To move down the levels either double click on the cost centre\nature line to move one level down.
To move back\up one level select the 
button to move back up the levels.
To update the information on the screen select the 
button.
Print Details
To print the details of the drill down the user needs to generate a report. Select the 
button.
The column selection screen will appear. The user needs to select the columns to include in the report by selecting the selection box of the column to include. Alternatively select the 
button to select all the columns or select the 
button to clear the selection.
Select 
to generate the report.
The system will populate the results where the user can print the details.
